Please ensure that all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all Olivia von Halle silk tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original luxury branded packaging and secure them inside the shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier at a local drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
